Meet Our Founder
Dr. Adriani Coleman
With 18 years of teaching experience, Adriani has gained extensive knowledge within the Belizean education system. Her career spans both private and public schools, teaching at primary and high school levels, as well as working with at-risk youth through various projects. This diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of educational needs across all sectors.
In 2020, Adriani graduated from the University of South Wales with a Master's Degree in Education in Innovation in Teaching & Learning. Her studies focused on innovation in curriculum design, research methods, special education needs, developing learning in organizations, and developing digital competence—skills that became particularly valuable in Belize.
For the past year, through her consultancy business, Adriani has been assisting administrators, training teachers, gathering data, and much more. Her experience, training, and education enable her to help clients build effective educational products that address real needs in the Belizean educational landscape.
